- Everyone has to have motivation. Something that makes them get up and go everyday. I love photography. So much so that it is in everything that I do. Photography is an art of expression. No matter the subject or location a photo is always taken for a reason. To capture a moment in time; a feeling of happiness. A memory you want to capture and hold on to so tight that you can see it again and again. That is my mission each time I snap a photo. This art surrounds me. I enjoy the simple things in life. I love raindrops, fog on mornings so cold and crisp, moving trains, apple orchards, old churches, fields of flowers and big oak trees. I love texture and shadow and late afternoon light. I am intrigued by the city life but love living in a small town. I adore photographing children in their everyday lives capturing the adventure in their eyes as they explore their surroundings.
